- in depth end to end knowledge of credit assessment
- timely and accurate performance of a full range of credit tasks (new customers' credit assessment, period review of existing customers & thorough review of hold order releases)
- able to provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk
- responsible to categorize the customers basis the risk (high, medium & low)
- management of exceptions of credit limit
- analyze and communicate status of delinquent account balances
- publish credit & collection reports
- keep up to date with the company's global credit policy
- reinstate or suspend accounts based on credit policies and payment behavior
- create and maintain process documentation for credit processes, adherarance to sox & internal controls
- continuously seek out better ways of performing process & supports process improvement initiatives
- develops strategies to streamline and improve the automation of customized
- sharing sla, kpi reports periodically to senior management

- expertise on core credit assessment knowledge with strong analytical skills

*requirements & qualifications*:
- minimum 5+ years of experience in combination of credit & collection,
- b. Com/bba/mba/m.

- distinctive customer orientation and interact courteously with customers
- desired work experience in oracle & sales force
- working experience in shared services/f&a
