Role:
is responsible for delivering high quality, thorough research materials in response to potential new business opportunities, active client assignments, and internal initiatives.
support business development by producing content for client presentations and industry and/or functional research reports that help prepare the pitching team for client meetings.
key responsabilities:
* drive the creation of research and analysis for new business development initiatives and activities. Develop sophisticated and insightful presentations, pitch material, and other collateral in partnership with consultants and client development team.
* draft storylines and narratives which underscore the firm’s ability to serve new and prospective clients and to deliver excellence.
* contribute to practice-wide initiatives, communications, and strategic projects.
* synthesize information accurately, so that it is easily incorporated into a readable, client-ready documents.
* maintain current awareness of news and issues associated with key client engagements and market opportunities, and share that information and knowledge in a timely, actionable way with practice colleagues.
* monitor and track relevant market developments including competitive intelligence, company updates, and people moves across the americas.
* maintain pipelines, statistics, and reporting related to board and ceo business development.
* collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enrich the global boards and ceo practice library of content.
requirements:
profile:
* 2 years of work experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a research function, ideally within executive search, management consulting, other professional services, or market research.
* a role involving significant client service and the management of multiple projects toward tight timelines in an environment where competing demands are the norm.
* experience with collecting and organizing information from databases and/or internet resources. Ability to analyze and synthesize data into other formats. Familiar with business reference resources such as capital iq, linkedin, boardex etc.
* strong verbal and written communication skills in english.
* advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills and experience.
* proficiency with ms office applications (excel, powerpoint, and word), with ability to create client-ready presentations in powerpoint.
