pay: base pay plus commission
schedule:
- 9 hours shift
- monday through friday, day shift
- weekends as needed
education & experience:
- high school or equivalent (preferred)
- call center experience (preferred)
- strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- proficiency with sales management software and crm
- excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- coachable, empathetic, resourceful, able to help customers, and a teamplayer
- must sound good on the phone

roles and responsibilities:
- respond, manage, and close leads; achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas terms and conditions.
- manage, develop, and close leads provided by our inhouse department and outbound calls
- provide the customer an estimate that reflects and respects prices, dates, and moving distance
- follow the step-by-step script, rebuttals, and calculations given in training
- no cold calling.
