these new locations are designed to enhance our customer experience by being even closer to them, facilitating multi-lingual and scalable talent availability, enable standardization of processes all while supporting our customers’ growing needs.
as a gsc people partner, you’ll play a vital part in our success. The objective of this role is to work closely with leaders and support the delivery of the hr annual cycle of their teams.

key responsibilities :
1. be sparring partner to regional people partnering leadership team as they build the new regional people partnering team in the americas.
2. partner with hr business partners on the implementation of the people strategy
3. plan and coordinate regional activities related to deployment of the new regional organizational structure and ensure timely execution and aligned approach.
4. responsible for regional coordination of all people moves in the hr organization, being central point of contact for in-country hr across the americas.
5. deliver support, including hr operations to the people partnering organization in the americas, driving the annual hr cycle and providing tactical and operationalguidanceand coaching to leaders on hr all matters.
6. connect with change management and organization design work streams in the central hr of the future project team, as well as global hrbp, to ensure global execution alignment and consistency
we are looking for:
7. 5 years of experience as an hr generalist.
8. workday as primary erp.
9. project management experience or pmi certification.
10. passion to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
11. fluency in english and spanish.
12. good understanding of mexico labor law.
13. structured work approach and a focus on delivering results.
14. experience in large international organizations and ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix.
15. change management experience.
16. excellentstakeholdermanagementskillsand proven ability to deliver through others.
17. ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
18. be self-driven, energetic, and have a ‘can-do’ mindset.
