Provides a variety of information technology support services including but not limited to connectivity, hardware/software support, and overall field it incident & service request resolution.
The role also provides support & delivery of enterprise and business unit projects and initiatives.

- power bi and power apps (desirable)
- hardware installation and support; pcs, tablets, mobility devices, printers, specialized devices

- pc lifecycle management incl, asset mgmt. tasks
- l ocal infrastructure service support (server, network and voip)
- on-site smart hands (support and liaison with 3 rd party & internal jci support teams)

- local it security compliance (comms room set-up, maintenance & access)
- assist compliance teams with audit tasks
