Web sales and customer support specialist
we are a leading company in production and supply of high-end materials for interior finishes worldwide.
position overview:
as part of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers, advising them on products, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience both online and by phone. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and an interest in interior design, we would love to meet you!
key responsibilities:
1. respond to customer inquiries through various online channels (chat, email, social media), provide expert advice on products and follow up with them.
2. make outbound calls to customers to offer assistance, resolve issues, or promote products.
3. ensure an exceptional service experience that fosters customer loyalty and satisfaction.
4. collaborate with other teams, such as sales, to ensure customers' needs are met.
qualifications:
1. advanced english (both written and verbal communication skills).
2. previous experience in customer support, online assistance, or phone sales (preferred).
3. proactive attitude, focused on problem-solving and offering quick, effective solutions.
4. ability to organize tasks and manage time efficiently.
5. ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. customer-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to different situations and clients.
7. availability to work flexible hours based on team needs.
8. interest in interior design (not required, but a plus).
compensation: $12,000 - $15,000 mxn monthly (depending on experience) + commissions
