location: cdmx
mission : manage the prescription product in charged throughout the product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of the business unit strategy and objectives within mexico. This implies to translate customer needs and corporate/local strategy into the product offering to the targeted market.
Responsabilities:
- collaborate with the business head to design a local strategy for the rx division based on galderma's overall vision, strategy, guidelines, goals, and objectives.
- implement the prescription business unit's local strategy established by the head, analyzing deviations and developing corrective action-plans (if required) in order to achieve the established goals.
- propose initiatives to improve the area’s results, as well as communicate financial and personnel requirements to achieve the established goals.
- prepare reports to communicate the area’s results and explain deviations to the business head or management.
- execute strategies and commercial plans to market prescription products in the established markets to achieve sales goals.
- follow the implementation of strategies to adapt them based on market changes.
- coordinate efforts with other business units to optimize the commercialization of galderma’s products.
*profile*:
education/training: university degree in marketing, international business, business administration, economics or similar. Mba or graduate degree desirable. Fluent english.
Work experience: minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, within the pharmaceutical industry and particularly in rx dermatological products.
