The ethicon mx education manager is responsible for the implementation of the ethicon professional education trainings for the safe and effective use of j&j products for all medical and surgical specialties where j&j medtech plays in the cluster.
in addition, the education manager acts as the focal point for commercial education needs in the cluster, coordinating local sales training with field trainers and distributors.

- works directly with the regional and local marketing teams to assess market opportunities and identify clinical thought leaders.
develops the strategic professional education plan to assist marketing teams to drive country business plan goals and an overall adoption of specific procedures, as well as the awareness of the availability of those procedures.
establishes targeting criteria for potential clinical attendees of professional education events and measures participants against those criteria.
- responsible for the delivery and execution of profed trainings according with the plan
- focal point in the cluster to capture eth sales training training needs for commercial education.
works closely with eth regional commed team to translate needs into appropriate training plans.
coordinates the execution of local commed trainings complementary to the regional programs.
- drive execution and adoption of digital education solutions, integrated into the specialty learning journeys
- manages and directs education specialists team for ethicon to drive ongoing procedural and product adoption rates among surgeons, residents, nurses, physician assistants, and clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- responsible for implementation profed processes in the cluster/country and for the implementation of tools to drive relevant processes.
- responsible for the implementation of follow-up process throughout the cluster/country and profed reports.
- responsible to manage professional education budget for the cluster/country of responsibility
- monitors and maintains high compliance standards in the exchange of services of value that ensure the safe and efficacious use of j&j products.
