Main accountabilities:
product costing:
* manage product costing, in terms of capacity planning, cost center accounting, internal orders, tariffs and routings as well as the product cost development and follow-up actions.
investment controlling:
* steer and control all investment (financial) activities as well as the planning of specific items, follow-up processes and approval processes.
cost accounting:
* manage the preparation of the cost accounting records; develop and implement the cost control systems and procedures, compute the project costs, compare the actual costs to the estimates and analyze the variances.
reporting:
* participate in the financial data collection process.
* develop and maintain the standard reporting packages and documentation.
inventory management:
* steer and control the process of inventory levels for the raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods as well as the m&e and tolling.
* manage the reporting systems (in collaboration with the logistics department).
receivables management:
* steer and control the company/location’s receivables in terms of the control of payment terms and the payment behaviour of the customers, especially management of overdue payments.
sales controlling:
* controls and understands the changes in the sales structure as well as the changes in pricing (ltas, savings on current business, boni).
* provides regular information to his business partners (reports, analyses, etc.) to get an understanding of current developments compared to plans and forecasts.
material controlling:
* controls all developments for material.
r&d controlling:
* steer and control r&d budgets and projects (investments, hirings, spending).
job requirements (qualifications, skills, experience, competencies):
* university degree in business administration, finance, or other relevant field of education with specialization in controlling and internal audit.
* min. 10 years of relevant work experience.
* ms office skills.
* sap skills.
* fluency in english (written and spoken).
