about the role of electromechanical technician:
the candidate will execute and carry out, in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner, the actions and procedures indicated by their supervisor, for the maintenance of the equipment (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) that integrate the operational structure of the hotel, achieving the daily, weekly, and monthly objectives of the department.
what will you do in this position?
* analyze the progress of preventive maintenance programs, provide feedback on current actions, and suggest improvements to objectives, always seeking to comply with established standards.
* maintain and periodically review, together with their supervisor and the storekeeper, materials and contingency equipment, to ensure they are in optimal condition, and keep the stock levels always available.
* participate in and ensure the success of the perfect room program, to always guarantee the best product in the market to offer our guests high-quality experiences.
what is necessary for this role?
* high school education or equivalent experience.
* experience of more than 3 years working in the operational maintenance area (kitchen, a/c).
* experience in hotel maintenance electricity.
* experience with motors to attend potable water pump systems.
*this job requires applicants to have valid work authorization in mexico, and spanish is essential.*
