roles and responsibilities:
1. operations supervision:
manage and supervise the e2e mortgage loan process, from application to formalization.
coordinate the evaluation of mortgage loan applications, ensuring correct documentation.
ensure that operating procedures are followed in accordance with bank policies and national and international regulations.
2. team management:
supervise and direct the document validation team to ensure compliance with rules, regulations and goals of the work cells.
foster a collaborative work environment, establishing clear and measurable goals, and evaluating the performance of team members.
3. process optimization:
identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and propose innovative solutions to optimize time, costs and quality of service.
implement and manage continuous improvement projects to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
4. regulatory compliance and internal policies:
ensure that all operations comply with legal regulations and the bank's internal policies, including legislation on data protection, information security and financial sector regulations.
monitor compliance with the deadlines established for the resolution of requests.
5. analysis and reports:
