you are a part of the construction & facilities (c&f) team in the sales market.
together with the c&f team you secure a complete store lifecycle focus including investments, long-term cost, quality, sustainability, and compliance.
*_key responsibilities including areas such as:_*- being responsible for enabling and securing the operations of the multi-brand store portfolio by providing high quality services in line with expectations on urgency in sales market.- monitoring the status of store portfolio, identifying needed investments and plan, budget, forecast and follow-up necessary actions to secure the lifetime of the assets.- following-up on cost, suppliers and store portfolio to balance scheduled and reactive works by contract management and monitoring active performance.- collaborating with the regional c&f specialists in order to optimize the store portfolio's energy efficiency as well as cost and quality performance.

you are comfortable managing several stakeholders and various projects and tasks simultaneously.
you have a good understanding of the field of facility management and the ability to identify risks and opportunities in a retail environment.

*_besides your personality we see that you have:_*- relevant working experience from facility management, construction and/or real estate, preferably within the retail industry.- experience managing external suppliers, follow-up on contractual obligations and working in a role with several stakeholders.- a degree in engineering, business administration or similar
