responsibilities
* ensure the good general maintenance of your consumption center, both operating equipment and facilities.
* participate in the preparation of the annual departmental budget of the consumption center.
* responsible for delivering on-time reports of shift cutting, check handling, concentration envelopes, bank lot closures, and everything related to the income and collections of your shift at the consumption centers.
* ensure, comply with and obtain the certificate of distinctive h and other audits of aaa, forbes, preferred, earth check, rain forest service from its consumption center.
qualifications
* at least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant management
* strong skills in organization, schedule planning, restaurant management and payroll management.
* advanced knowledge in hygienic management in a and b, aaa, forbes.
