- understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate service.
- generate leads by setting appointments for the field sales team.
- enter and update customer information in the database accurately.
- maintain records of calls and note useful information.
- handle customer queries and concerns professionally, preserving the company's reputation.
- go the "extra mile" to meet lead generation targets and facilitate future sales.
*qualifications*:
- proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., crm software) and telephone systems.
- excellent communication and presentation skills.
- proficient in english and spanish.
- skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- persistent and results-oriented.
- patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- high school diploma
