welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
*primary responsibilities*:
- assists with administrative tasks, as directed by the site leader.
- receives visitors in the lobby area and assists them with any business that needs to be conducted.
- operates office equipment such as, but not limited to, badge printers and document printers.
- prepares outgoing business mail; sorts and distributes incoming business mail.
- distributes materials electronically and physically, as needed.
- maintains office supply inventory.
*minimum qualifications*:

- high school diploma, associates degree preferred
*field experience*:
- at least two years of experience in front office setting
*position experience*:
- entry-level experience in a customer service position
*other qualifications*:
- excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- working knowledge of using standard office equipment
