our cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke.

*purpose*:
supervises individual contributors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
assists with coordination of processes and assignments for quality training area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.
develops performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team, and individual.
designs training programs based on business goals.
maintains steady workflow and productivity and resolves operational decisions within the team.
responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
understands and applies johnson & johnson's credo and leadership imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
*you will be responsible for*:
under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and corporate johnson & johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- evaluates the needs the plant has and performs task analysis as support to the development of compliance training programs, technical areas and systems (invested time 35%).
- works jointly with the departments of the plant for the development of a training program that covers all the compliance requirements for each position (invested time 15%).
- researches the requirements imposed by law.
develops and maintains an inventory program to support the needs of the plant (15%).
- develops measures and periodically prepare reports for management.
provide training programs as required.

- communicates any situation related to the company to the next managerial level (invested time 5%).
- ensures that all his/her subordinates follow the health, safety and environment policies of the company and to also have all the resources available in order to perform these practices (invested time 5%).
- ensures that the company and the personnel complies with the statutes of health, safety and environment established by the federal, state and local laws (invested time 5%).
- performs other tasks when required (invested time 5%).

- responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

*qualifications / requirements*:
*experience and education*
- concluded bachelor in science, engineering or education (preferably).
- 4 to 6 years (preferably) in a position of quality control in which he/she has performed audits, designed sop (operation procedures) and good knowledge of gxp's.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in personnel management, required.

- excellent oral and written communication
- possess aptitude to clarify and summarize regulatory documents to formats made to perform trainings.
- experience working in a regulatory environment, such as fda/europe.
- twi methodology certification (training within industry) is preferred.
- leadership and coaching abilities are required.
- project management abilities.
- experience working with manufacturing, operations, new products and r&d.
- ability to manage the complexity of calendars and projects/assignments.
