- manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- guide the overall design vision, ensuring all projects align with established aesthetics and business goals.
- establish and maintain the visual identity for the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and media.
- collaborate with stakeholders in the us and canada to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
- consult and guide stakeholders on design solutions that achieve business goals within brand guidelines.
- maintain brand guidelines and brand framework, alongside communications team.
- understand business objectives and strategies in order to develop compelling assets that support sales growth
- oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- provide constructive feedback and direction to the design team to continuously improve design output and efficiency.
Required experience

- *must be fluent in english, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.*:
- *bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.*:
- a minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- proven experience managing and leading a design team.
- strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- proficiency in design software such as adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) and other relevant tools.
- ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
- strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- experience working with stakeholders across north america is a plus.
