what you will do:
quality engineers (qe) are involved in developing and implementing systems to ensure products or services are designed and produced to meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
the qe also participates in the change management process to assure the products or services continue to meet customer requirements.
the qe is usually part of a cross-functional team with other business and engineering disciplines.
quality engineers establish the principles of product and service quality evaluation and control for the system.
how you will do it:
- provide direction & supervise in developing inspection plans, first article inspection, in-process and final product inspection, sampling plans, inspection and acceptance criteria and design validation testing
- lead the qc inspectors team.
- quality system and its development, documentation, and implementation with respect to domestic and international standards or requirements _.

- audit process including types of audits, planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and follow-up
- develop and implement quality programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting, and problem solving.
- control, and assure product and process quality in accordance with quality principles, which include planning processes, material control, acceptance sampling, and measurement systems
- problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques.
- provide direction in developing inspection plans, first article inspection, in-process and final product inspection, sampling plans, inspection and acceptance criteria and design validation testing
- help facilitate continuous improvement and learning across all functional areas through training and communication of quality initiatives.
- participate in risk assessments

- implement and maintain security policy, health and environment at work.
- to support the committees in identifying risks and environmental aspects.
- participate in training program.
- identify training needs in safety, health and environment.
- train your staff in procedures and instructions.
- define corrective and preventive actions.
- control system logs in your area.
- develop and review procedures and instructions.
- intervene personally identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior
- identify and report potential environmental impacts
- analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity
what you wil require:
bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent required.
- minimum of two years of progressive experience in continues improvement, quality, statistic control, electricity, and mechanics, including two or more years of direct project management experience.
- professional recognition and industry networking are desired.
high-level of proficiency in speaking to large audiences.
- able to lead and direct diverse teams.
- able to travel up to 30% of the time.
strong personal computer working capabilities in ms office suite required.
