you are responsible for supporting the business to grow by creating and implementing a successful strategy for people.
they work together with the store managers to secure quality in recruitment, training and development processes.
our area hr managers are excellent brand ambassadors and promote our values by acting as role models.
*_ your key responsibilities:_*- *_ _*works together with the area manager and area controller to set the hr budget for the area, including recruitment costs and training hours.- analyzes staffing levels and takes appropriate actions based on expansion needs, skill gaps, succession planning and results in store.- supports the needs of the business by monitoring a range of hr kpi's and working together with store managers to ensure the goals are met.- analyzes monthly service performance reports and shares best practice in order to drive selling and secure a great customer experience.- provides support, coaching, feedback and training to ensure all store managers/store teams meet our service expectations.- organizes hr/er workshops for all teams and ensures all are working according to local legal requirements and h&m hr policies.- fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws to ensure outcomes align with priorities and direction, including managers and employees comply local legal requirements.- acts as "neutral" escalation point for staff grievances.- monitors training resources and quality checks store training and feedback processes.- monitors the service level of our competitors ensuring that h&m remains an industry leader.- leads the recruitment and partners with stores to secure the recruitment processes.requisitos *_- experience working as a hr generalist.- must have experience working as a manager with staff responsibility.- strong leadership and interpersonal skills.- ability to use own initiative and work as part of the team.- excellent english language skills, both verbal & written.- sales driven and results-oriented.- excellent presentation skills.- ability to multi-task, determine key priorities and delegate.- excellent organization and planning skills.- excellent analytical skills
