to lead and support all aspects of is business analysis with a focus on hr functional expertise, ensuring technical integration through apis. The candidate will play a vital role in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing complex business processes while demonstrating exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. This position requires a customer-centric mindset, committed to meeting and exceeding business partner expectations, with the ability to navigate and collaborate across diverse international cultures.
the role
responsibilities:
* perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of the company quality system
* translate business requirements into functional system requirements (frs documentation) and lead workshops to design, implement, test, and provide training of target solution(s)
* lead business systems validation process as required
* maintain business systems solutions through effective monitoring and incident resolution processes (run operating model)
* provide excellent customer service and adhere to internal service and operational level agreements (sla, ola)
* prepare comprehensive functional documentation as needed
* contribute to change control governance and configuration management processes
* lead data quality and process improvement initiatives by using and modeling best practices, providing training and establishing and monitoring kpis
* perform lead role in is related projects
* identify risks to project deliverables and recommend and implement mitigation strategy as needed
* develop alternative solutions as required
* lead cross functional teams to ensure proper integration of business process and procedure requirements
* champion user adoption efforts related to new applications or solutions, change management processes, and support model
* lead collaboration efforts with local and global is and business teams
* champion local strategic objectives while retaining strong global bonds
* continually update functional knowledge and skills
* has knowledge with api integration and can understand the functional aspect of the data flow between applications
* knowledgeable in data mapping and data staging
* familiar with hr processes and application solution is a plus.
requirements:
* bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
* at least 5 years of experience in the is business analyst with hr functional expertise preferably familiar with technical integration (api) experience
* exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
* a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to meeting and exceeding business partner expectations
* the ability to work internationally across diverse cultures.
* having experience in successfactors, peoplesoft and payroll application is a plus
* knowledge, skills and abilities: functional understanding of the erp and/or other enterprise systems architecture, configuration, and administration
* comprehensive understanding of business process and policy for respective domain
* comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle
* advanced experience with data, and business process analysis tools
* advanced experience with ticketing tools (such as servicenow, etc.) is a plus
* demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex business process
* demonstrated ability to lead test driven development processes
* demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
* demonstrated critical and analytical thinking skills
* demonstrated ability to champion department and company objectives in a productive and positive manner
* proficient in ms office suite and flow chart software
