responsibilities
the opportunity
responsible for the overall supply plan for nuts and seeds category. This role is accountable for the delivery of customer service levels while meeting the inventory and productivity targets of the organization.
from an iscp template perspective, the master planner works across the supply planning components by ensuring optimal sourcing plans, master production schedules, and replenishment plans.
your impact
as sc sr planner, your responsibilities would include:
* managing netted demand signals for downstream systems (mps), including inputs, parameters, and exception resolution.
* collaborating with schedulers and operations leads to ensure dpp (daily production planning and line mapping) is correctly configured.
* working with local demand planners to ensure product priorities align with business and commercial needs.
* analyzing medium and long-term demand and capacities to ensure optimal service levels and inventory, and coordinating contingency plans for disruptions.
* influencing strategic network and sourcing decisions, reflected in myiscp management and data analysis.
* establishing governance processes with key supply chain actors through performance scorecards and action plans.
* negotiating with distribution planning, material planning, manufacturing, co-manufacturers, and agro to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize service and costs.
* monitoring production line efficiency and driving continuous process improvements.
qualifications
who are we looking for?
education
* bachelor's degree in logistics, business, administration, or industrial engineering.
experience
* 3-5 years in logistics or supply chain planning.
* sap experience is desirable.
* proficiency in microsoft office tools (excel, powerpoint).
* advanced english and spanish skills.
* knowledge of logistics and planning systems (mps, mrp, drp, inventory optimizer).
* results-oriented with decision-making, teamwork, customer service skills, and ability to work under pressure.
