support sales comms/pfp process delivery performance, capability building and strategic alignment.

this position will be responsible for the transition process according to transition methodology.
ensure sales payroll operation within mbs while implementing a functional operating model.
*accountabilities*
- conduct a comprehensive analysis of our comms/pfp model identifying opportunities and best practices.
- support service delivery defined slas/kpis and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- guarantee sales best practices and ensure a controlled and harmonized operation across na.
- ensure a consistent and high level customer service and operational excellence.
resolving transactions and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements.
- support and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction

*education/requirements*
- bachelor's degree in in industrial enginner, accounting, finance, business administration or related field
- experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (2+ years experience)
- functional knowledge of human resources processes (desirable)
- proficient in full suite of microsoft suite of products: word, excel, powerpoint, outlook
- strong english oral and written communication skills
- customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- networking, collaboration and influence to establish strong and credible relationships with interal clients
- able to lead functional agenda within a matrix environment
- ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
