- responsible for the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with masimo's customer service standards - leads and directs the work of others as required to execute against on-time fulfillment commitments - print and distribute so pick list in concert with management prioritization to ensure appropriate resource allocation to meet objectives - prioritize urgent shipments based on customer service and upper management request/direction;
- work with configuration team/pickers/packers/export admin to assign and prioritize processing for shipments - responsible for the verification of accuracy of product order prior to packing;
- research and resolve shipping discrepancies between shipped and receive quantity for customers;
- interface with customer service and both internal and external customers as it relates to outbound international shipping, resolves problems; and recommends corrective action using appropriate level of creativity - provide status updates on specific shipments;
- performs other duties or special projects as requested.
