the customer project manager optimally and efficiently handles their fulfillment assignment specifications (fas) scope with a data-driven approach to create insights and trends to lead performance.
this includes the delivery of products and services, exceeding customer satisfaction and the fulfillment of the ericsson business case.
following responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group directives, legal and financial directives, global and local environmental and occupational health and safety (e+ohs), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.
*what you will do*
- establish the project plan baseline: take handover from presales team, pre-sales involvement for cost estimation & scope of work, define project scope, secure the vital resources, and time plan and supervise all activities.
- drive project execution: track project activities, raise risks, issues and handle them, monitor, and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues.
- handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
- handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring, cost management.
- develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting.
- supporting up-sales opportunities
- mentoring the team, to interact with them and to support them in their professional growth, and to identify and recognize talents.
*you will bring*
- education: above to bachelor's degree
- min years of experience: 7 years of project management
- experience in telecommunications industry
- good understanding for telecom technology & domain: 4g, volte, 5g, core, cloud, packet core, oss, udm, bss
- proficient english

- delivering results & meeting customer expectations
