*responsibilities*:- proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in the real estate sector.- build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.- utilize linkedin sales navigator to identify and engage with prospects.- generate leads and manage the sales pipeline using hubspot crm.- collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.- provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to management.
*requirements*:- minimum 2 years of experience in a staffing agency or similar sales role.- exceptional language skills, both written and verbal.- established linkedin network with 500+ connections, preferably in the real estate space.- proficiency with linkedin sales navigator and other lead generation tools.- experience using hubspot crm or similar customer relationship management software.- proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.- strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.- ability to work independently in a remote environment.
