Education- bachelor's degree (administrative, international trade or related)experience & skilss- minimum 3 years in a customer care environment or similar- must have excellent people skills due to interfacing with all levels of associates- ability to work as part of a remote team- excellent computer skills, especially microsoft suite- must have excellent oral and written english skills- experience working in a technical or engineering industry- working knowledge of as400 is a plus- experience with crm (oracle, salesforce, etc.)
a plusresponsabilities- coordinate order management process to ensure sales realization- receive orders and review for completeness before entering into system (as400 or other erp)- provide written quotes to customers, as applicable- follow-up with customer inquiries on order status- follow-up with customer on problem resolution- follow-up and expedite outstanding orders- support customer with redirecting inquiries, as applicable- process credits for orders- other tasks as assigned
