job description
this is a role for a payroll executive located in mexico city, near of angel de la independencia. The payroll executive will be responsible for administrate hr payroll functions, benefits administration, imss and repse manage.
responsibilities
1. handling of payroll-related activities and reports (payroll calculation, idse, sua)
2. administration of benefits for the employees (food vouchers, save founds, etc)
3. imss law as well as registers, cancellations and modifications and infonavit law knowledge
4. analysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systems
5. experience in icsoe and sisub control and send.
6. cross-functional work with other departments
7. dealing with audit requests and participating in regular meetings with external and internal auditors
qualifications
requirements
8. bachelor’s in finance/accounting or administration related (title and professional license requered)
9. minimum 3 ideal 5 years of working experience as payroll accountant analyst (or higher)/ senior payroll specialist
10. english request b2
11. excellent ms office skills, especially excel
12. working experience with erp systems
