1. provide excellent customer service for their orders, compliance with the delivery time and quantity specified by them.
2. receive, enter and track all purchase orders sent by clients in oracle until the day of delivery.
3. request transportation for delivery of finished product to different clients.
4. make the load schedule per day for warehouse.
5. maintain constant communication with the client and their distribution centers.
6. be the communication link between the client and different areas of the plant to better satisfy their needs.
7. follow up on customer complaints and returns until they are closed satisfactorily by the customer.
8. prevent in advance any situation that may affect the client in conjunction with planning.
9. optimize transportation, reduce costs, organize delivery appointments, etc.
10. support sales manager with information related to deliveries, costs or meetings and conferences related to the client.
11. receive the samples and the request from quality and coordinate the preparation of samples for shipment to the client.
12. carry out satisfaction surveys of the service, product, deliveries periodically to customers.
13. coordinate with the different areas to ensure the delivery of those products or services.
14. carry out activities and seek to give the extra for a great customer experience.
