*overview*:
baja call center is searching for an experienced hr supervisor.
as the hr supervisor, you will guide and manage human resources services, policies, and programs within the organization.
you will consult with company leadership on organization design and restructuring and provide workforce analysis and planning for the administrative staff.
a successful hr supervisor should have extensive hr experience, be familiar with company procedures, and have sound labor law knowledge.
you should also have excellent administrative skills and easily communicate with staff at all levels.
an exceptional hr supervisor should be observant and proactive and be familiar with the inner workings of the company, but never lose sight of the big picture.
*responsibilities*:
supervise the general tasks of the hr team and coordinate all elements to ensure proper follow up of the department's activities
advises managers and supervisors of state and federal regulations and effective human resource practices regarding employee issues
administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in
development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
counsels and guides managers on appropriate performance management measures; assists managers in writing corrective action memos and other documentation; attends or conducts corrective action sessions as warranted and performs necessary follow-up
coordinates new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefit options, and accurately completes requisite paperwork for new staff members
when directed, conducts special human resources studies in a variety of areas such as pay practices, turnover, and climate surveys, etc.
identifies employee needs regarding performance problems, training options, and career development and makes recommendations accordingly
provides input to managers regarding potential enhancements to current personnel practices.
assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals; recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience as an hr supervisor or similar role
- excellent written and verbal communication skills both in english and spanish
- strong knowledge of labor laws in mexico with proven experience
- strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously
- strong moral and ethical code
- extensive experience in ms office, business management and presentation tools
- experience in executive level presentations, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
- strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills
