Responsibilities
:
1. own and be responsible for the revenue and profit on all software, spot and recurring service business:
ensuring contract renewals, pricing escalation while minimizing contract erosionregular forecasting of expected revenue from software, spot and recurring services driving towards aop targets
2. be accountable for all contract renewals working with matrikon, hps and lss sellers to ensure:
on-time renewal of the service contractsthe expired service bank is regularly scrubbed for opportunities to get customers back on e manager will engage with the appropriate selling organization to ensure these opportunities are owned by the seller
3. own the delivery of best-in-class services to the hci customers on all spot and recurring service business:
responsible for scheduling, staffing, delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction on spot and recurring service delivery responsible focal point for customer advocacy and escalation
must have:
4. ability to successfully drive growth in the service business
5. 3 years’ experience in the matrikon / hci business, technology or equivalent
6. 5 years’ experience in services business (expertise in the honeywell services is a plus)
7. good understanding customers - culture and dynamics
8. ability to influence by leadership
9. ability to forecast revenue based on front log, back log and service bank
10. ability to project manage service delivery of spot and recurring services
11. excellent customer interaction skills – the ability to interact with customers, manage their expectations and build long term relationships
12. fluency in english language
