*in your role, you will*:
- manage change management activities up to the delivery of the first unit and ensure compliance with the product development schedule with suppliers for convenience - external manufacturing.
- maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction while optimizing quality, time and costs to the organization.
- manage and influence suppliers to ensure the achievement of parts delivery objectives on time and at the best possible cost.
- participate in cost reduction initiatives according to set objectives.
- identify and participate in improvement projects (kaizen/workshop, deepdive) as well as maintain and develop the commercial relationship with the supplier base.
- work closely with logistics planners to meet production requirements.
- you have a bachelor's degree in administration or operations management and a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
- you have experience in outside manufacturing (op) an asset.
- you have experience with sap
- you have a strong sense of ethics and are customer-oriented.
- you have good analytical, planning and problem solving skills as well as good interpersonal skills are required.
- you are bilingual (spanish and english, spoken and written).
