*in your role, you will*:
- lead a team of industrialization project managers.
- create, harmonize and track plans to successfully achieve our objectives.
- support the preparation of business cases related to mexico facilities with financial and technical data.
- prepare and recommend scenarios for footprint optimization, machine usage, capex projects, rate readiness and other strategic projects.
- prepare and present dashboards and status update to management through industrialization governance.
- coordinate the various resources involved in the projects the team is managing.
- manage employees’ performance through the creation of solid performance plan and grow employees’ skills with relevant development plans.
- promote and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and tools using boe guidelines.
- you have a university degree in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or equivalent.
- you have five (5) years of experience in project management in an industrial environment.
- you have good knowledge about aircraft manufacturing processes and machines, methods of assembly and aircraft components.
- you have experience in managing a team.
- you are recognized for your leadership and you have very good ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and influence others.
- you demonstrate an excellent spirit of synthesis; you easily popularize technical information in your written and oral communications.
- you are fully bilingual (spanish and english). French is an asset.
- you are autonomous, innovative and dynamic.
- you are a very organized person, you are results-oriented while remaining flexible to changing priorities and accustomed to working on several projects at the same time.
