*in your role, you will*:
- be the second point of contact for escalations
- deliver it exemplary support service to the users
- contribute to the improvements of production processes
- ensure exceptional levels of support service
- you will be responsible to provide 2nd line support to bombardier users
- ensure exceptional levels of support service
- fix and resolve issues and queries where possible
- respond and monitoring alarms via our industry leading monitoring software
- engage with 2nd and 3rd line teams to seek advice or escalate complex issues
- ensure timely resolution of request in line with agreed slas
- at least 9 or more years of experience in a service delivery role is essential.
- bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications or related
- proven ability to manage large volume activities, across multiple work streams
- experience working with servicenow and ms excel.
- experience with the service desk including support functions which including sla management
- proven track record with another managed services company would be preferable but not essential
- some experience of it desktop management desirable but not essential
- desirable experience of project management
- advanced level in english
- ideally with a background in technology via study or previous roles, experience of general infrastructure and technical support
- friendly, personable and emphatic with good leadership
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- logical and analytical thinking
