what you will do in this role:
proposes, negotiates and coordinates shopper mkt plans aligned with sales team.
coordinates resources to ensure correct field execution, with the aim of increasing takeaway and building our focus brands permeating the shopper mkt strategy.
what you can expect:
- elaborates annual activation plan in collaboration with channel managers (modern, wholesale, dsd, retail and on premise), coordinates, issues performance reports and manages budget.- assures the correct execution of the annual shopper calendar plan including loyalty program, visibility plans, pop material, sales force contests and all plans aimed to increase takeaway aligned to brown-forman mexico policies and procedures.- manages, keeps track and controls tmf and a&p budget ensuring a proper execution at the point of sales, aligned with the annual company strategy.- participates in the construction and planning of the shopper mkt calendar.- provides support to the shopper & visibility channels area for controlling, managing and administrating travel & expenses budget.- salesforce and in-plant training related to shopper marketing activities such as: product launching, tastings and plan execution.- monthly market visits (depending on the season) to check on our activities as well as our competitors.- follows up on contests for the sales force of its channel, being aligned with the rules and ensuring compliance.- negotiates continuously with suppliers for getting the best materials and costs aligned with our purchasing department.- channel pop material inventory administration.
we are looking for people who:
- education: college/university (bachelor or equivalent); preferably in marketing, finance, administration or industrial engineering.- experience: 3 to 5 years in similar positions in trade / shopper marketing, sales or sales operations.
