*opportunity and ey responsibilities*:- plan and track organization level deployment activities at every product.- participate in process definition activities along with the team.- periodically review the defined process and check if opportunities for process improvements.- participate in the preparation and review of the software product plans, standards, and procedures.- prepare the process compliance audit plan based on the nature of the engagement and past data.- ensure work product and process reviews are conducted and appropriate records are maintained- evaluate strengths and weaknesses of processes on a periodic basis- review - usage of process tailoring guidelines, usage of process database, deviations/concessions- participate in product initiations and closures- review software-engineering activities (analysis, design, coding, and testing) to verify compliance against the software product plans and designated standards and procedures.

corrections will be verified during audits- ensure usage of metrics baseline reports and set the right quantitative quality goals in products.- review products for process compliance (work allocation, review records etc.
)- periodically evaluate training program's relevance to and consistency with the organization's needs- periodically review the overall process implementation as per defined lifecycle mentioned and scope of the product delivery.- report results of quality activities to senior management- adequate training will be imparted to the pqm personnel based on the nature of the product.- share the process improvement request/feedbacks to ct excellence group
