*what you will do (sourcing)*:- help lead the raw material sourcing- continue to build out and execute on raw material sourcing strategy- build out and manage a strong raw material supplier network within and outside mexico- fabric and product development- knowledge of tech pack development- support costing process- support gross margin targets and improve each season- support budget management- support time & action calendar management- kpi measurement of materials used in products- partner with cross functional teams from product design concepts to commercialization of product- support innovative processes and procedures for higher quality product, improved gross margin, and increased artisan technique integration*what you will do (customs broker liaison)*:- lead & manage all vital information between customs broker and someone somewhere (ss) design, sourcing,pd, and supply chain teams with the goal to deliver quick resolutions from ss team regarding all import and export transactions.- support broker with appropriate information to prepare, and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.- knowledge with incoterms, the set of internationally recognized rules which determine the responsibilities of sellers and buyers in the export transaction
