We are looking for a dynamic digital content manager to join our team in the latam region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-impact communication campaigns and managing content creation across digital platforms to elevate brand presence and engagement.
key responsibilities:
1. lead content development: take charge of conceptualizing and executing digital content strategies for various campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.
2. optimize campaigns: refine messaging based on audience insights and emerging trends to maximize consumer engagement and brand alignment.
3. cross-functional collaboration: partner with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and distribution of content across multiple touchpoints.
4. track & report performance: monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
5. budget oversight: ensure efficient management of media and production budgets, delivering high-quality content within established timelines.
6. brand consistency: maintain cohesive brand messaging across owned and paid media platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing objectives.
7. stakeholder engagement: foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
required qualifications:
1. 4-5 years of experience in marketing/brand communication with a strong background in content development across digital platforms.
2. proven expertise in digital/social media, with experience managing content for platforms such as meta, youtube, and tiktok.
3. strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story using data.
4. demonstrated leadership in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
5. fluent in english (both written and spoken).
6. self-starter, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
education: university degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
