key responsibilities:
* plan, develop, conduct, and monitor product testing and results.
* create and develop test programs internally for spectek products.
* conduct internal tests, gather and analyze data, and document results and tests using feedback from performance in the intended application to tune the testing methodology.
* monitor product performance on the test floor, and maintain the program for yield improvements/enhancements, test time reduction, new capabilities, and manufacturing process changes.
quality and documentation:
* document and provide feedback of test results to internal micron stakeholders.
* maintain quality through all aspects of development internally monitor/evaluate yields to ensure delivery of quality products.
* communicate and report findings with spectek management and engineering in a concise and effective format.
knowledge and automation:
* internally develop and maintain device/part knowledge as well as equipment, systems, and test processes.
* collaborate with other micron departments worldwide to develop and maintain product knowledge or technology.
* internally develop and optimize software and tools to provide automation solutions that enable one or more of the following: output improvement, yield improvement, quality improvement, cost reduction, efficiency gain, and accuracy.
manufacturing and test process:
* support manufacturing and develop/improve test process internally investigate manufacturing issues related to probe and test processes and identify and implement solutions.
* manage and analyze module return material authorizations (rmas), ensuring accurate processing and comprehensive reporting to improve product quality.
safety and ehss:
* identify and promptly report any conditions or behaviors that are contrary to ehs policies or procedures.
* follow micron safety procedures and area work rules (including use of proper ppe, energy isolation, and chemical safety).
* cooperate with all audits.
