*location*:acuna / coahuila (mx-coa), mexico | *brand*: bendix | *requisition id*:3166 | * job grade*: 14*job description*:position summary:this position is responsible for supporting the hr team and the organization in performing administrative functionsessential functions:- supports us employees hr policies & procedures; processes family medical leave act (fmla)/short-term disability forms- support the annual blood draw- coordinate with hrbp the bcvs service award program- coordination of town hall meetings- responsible of weekly bulletin and tv screens publicity, other internal communications.- coordinate with it external communication for employees as needed through rave- elaborate monthly presentations and special presentations as required- responsible to prepare the necessary reports related with hr- responsible to prepare the necessary reports for life and health insurance renewals and keep them updated- performs various administrative duties for the hr department including processes tuition reimbursements, employee services, including resignations/exit interviews and letters of employment- support executive assistant in updating organization charts- responsible for government compliance reporting for both us and mexico- attend meetings related with sfm- coordinate and support community involvement initiatives (get involved and volunteering)- support and participate in kps initiatives.- communicate and support psa activities and procedures with team members.- responsible to support kbrail with some of these activities as part of shared services agreement- supports recruiting as required utilizing established process.
