The *business development manager *will be instrumental in driving new business growth, with particular focus on acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships.

*key responsibilities*:
- identify and engage potential customers through direct methods (cold calling, face-to-face meetings) and indirect methods (networking, referrals).
- secure contracts with new clients assigned sales quotas and growth targets.
- understand and assess customer challenges, needs, and goals to propose tailored solutions.
- educate prospects on business, value propositions, and cost-benefit analyses to facilitate informed decisions.
- build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, outlining strategic motivators, stakeholders, buying processes, and forecaster sales opportunities.
