*key responsibilities*:
- provide day-to-day support to success factors employee central end users across latam
- analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications
- identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
- deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams
- translate technical requirements into functional specifications for the business human resources team
- support sf employee central technology solutions in line with functional stakeholders' needs and the employee life cycle payroll it product group roadmap
- deliver is/it human resources project on time and within budget
- support business integration initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, and divestures.
- support digital transformation with in human resources is/it
*required profile*:
- bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent;
- 3+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in is/it human resources functional area.
- deep knowledge of sap hcm and successfactors software.
- experience with effective communication in english at different levels of the organization.
- experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
- deep understanding of the it landscape in the functional area.
- project management experience.

- experience working in an agile/devops environment using design-thinking methodology.
- strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
