in this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts by cold calling potential clients in the united states.
your primary goal will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and set up sales-qualified meetings to fuel our growth.
*key responsibilities*:
- conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the united states, introducing them to salesup's services.
- identify and qualify leads, understanding their business needs and pain points.
maintain a high level of activity, making numerous calls daily to achieve and exceed targets.
- develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation strategies.
schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
- follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential opportunities.
utilize our crm system to manage leads, track activities, and update records accurately.
- collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- provide feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and sales processes.
*qualifications*:
- proven experience in a similar role, preferably in b2b sales or business development.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
strong phone presence and experience making high-volume cold calls.
- ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- proficiency in using crm software and sales tools.
strong organizational and time management skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
