the human resources generalist is a hands-on role that provides full cycle human resources support. this position will support recruiting, talent management, and general hr projects. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, contributing to the business's business strategy, direction, and overall effectiveness, and driving hr functional excellence and process improvement.
- provides tactical support in several areas of human resources, such as recruiting, compliance, communications, job evaluation, development, compensation, benefits and employee relations as well as other projects/activities as assigned.
- provides tactical support within approved budgets, headcount and timeline, to the assigned business/function.
- supports multiple and complex corporate culture initiatives for the assigned business/function.
- provides tactical support in training employees in performance assessment and development tools. Ensures communication, timelines, and metrics are met for assigned business/function.
- maintains assigned metric goals, within budgets and timelines.
