the trade continues with a solid expansion strategy in terms of stores the spirits category is getting more relevance for our modern trade customers diageo has launched new brands and new formats there are new and more sophisticated activities to implement at the point of sale since the category is increasing in relevance for the retailers, the new battle ground is the point of sale.
this implies that key competitors are also making efforts to win at the moment of choice, investing high in btl activities to gather and involve consumers.

- own and coordinate communications, plans, tracking and administration of all the activities related to field sales operations to ensure brilliant execution at the pos
*top 3-5 accountabilities*:
- negotiations that have to be implemented at the pos
- trax execution as a top priority.
- lead efficiently the resources provided for a brilliant execution

- demo team, sampling & persuaders
- handle and keep updated the pos database and route.
*qualifications and experience required*:
- bachelors in ba (or similar)
- solid communication skills and structured ideas
- fully capable in diageo way of selling
- strong analytical and planning skills as well as critical thinking
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- financial understanding
- 70% english level
- proficient microsoft office, sap knowledge
