responsibilities:
key responsibilities
1. develop and grow the business of customers portfolio in the relevant aspects of distribution, sales, key account management, and category management
2. define and execute an annual customer plan in order to develop the potential of the categories (based on international core range and npd)
3. conduct annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions
4. present & list of new products in the assortment matrix of customers
5. develop, coordinate and implement the promotional grid and marketing standards of the company with customers
6. forecast sales volumes on monthly basis
additional responsibilities
7. execute trade marketing budgets and plans for ka including the full marketing mix
8. develop and prepare sales reports and control of budgets, investments
9. complete understanding of customers’ business activity and build effective relationship
10. act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
11. play an integral role in identifying white spots and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of new clients
interactions (internal & external)
12. local marketing, logistics, finance, field salesforce
13. retailers, 3rd party merchandising companies
14. international key account managers, sales and brand group responsible
qualifications:
professional experience and education
15. university degree
16. 3-5 years of fmcg key account management experience
specific knowlegde
17. strong knowledge & understanding of ka, customers & competitors
18. good understanding of the overall sales processes including other areas (marketing / finance / logistics) and key account management relevant processes
19. full understanding of client p&l and ways to activate
20. good understanding key financial figures
