the position is based in mexico city.what the job involvesfurther the professional development of managers, supervisors and emerging leaders at the fund.recognize areas of opportunity within the employees' skills and determine the necessary training programs, workshops, or learning initiatives required.create and execute initiatives to enhance employee career growth and professional advancement, elevating the employee retention level of the fund.plan and implement strategic and influential talent management initiatives such as yearly talent review, succession planning with senior leaders, performance evaluation processes, and an annual peer feedback system.develop and oversee external collaborations that support talent growth and organizational efficiency, such as workshop leaders, executive mentors, advisors, and other important service experts.collaborate with senior management, headhunters, and educational institutions for the mexico-based recruitment processes, creating and adjusting job descriptions as needed.collaborate closely with all the fund's teams to nurture a positive and trusting work atmosphere.perform salary benchmarking research to develop and execute attractive staff compensation and benefits plans to remain competitive, for new and current employees.ensure adherence to the company policies, guidelines, protocols and regulations by all employees and employers, managing disciplinary measures if required.work with the investor relations team on esg projects and initiatives.possess solid expertise on rules and regulations regarding the mexican labor laws.who we are looking forat least five years of hr management experience in private equity or real estate sector.bachelor's degree in administration, labor relations, human resources, or psychology.thorough knowledge of mexican labor laws and regulations.demonstrated success in attracting and keeping high-quality employees.strong communicator, with solid interpersonal and organizational abilities.skilled in using google suite and hr software (mandatory).fluent in english and spanish is a must.availability to travel to the united states.#j-18808-ljbffr
