*what you will do*:- solving telephone requests from existing customers.- providing information about products and services (additional services, tariffs).- providing information on billing for services and payments for customer's services.- resolving customer complaints.- work with service requests and their transfer to all competent departments (creation, sending, closing, informing the customer about the status of the request).
*mandatory profile requirements*:- 1 - 3 years of experience in customer care.- english advanced level.- high school graduated.- professional customer service skills : solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.- fair written and verbal communication skills.- critical thinking and logical thinking.- ability to multitask and work under pressure.- thinks outside of the box.- demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.- problem solving abilities.

*schedule*:monday to friday only, 8 working hours from 7 am to 7 pm.
*salary*:up to $18,500.00 mn monthly.
