together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.this position supports the global supply chain services team and is accountable for supplier sustainability, item set-up, and the coupa procurement system.this position will be responsible for supplier replication activities to support the expanded use of coupa which is an activity to verify supplier master data (supplier name, contacts, banking information, supplier type, etc.).
this position will also support the testing of new releases of coupa by following test scripts and documenting the results.minimum qualifications:- associate degree with a minimum of 3 years working experience or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of working experience- excellent verbal and written english skills- advanced skills in microsoft excel and strong skills in other ms office applicationspreferred qualifications:- a bachelor's degree in stem field with a minimum of 3 year of working experience- supply chain knowledge and experience- experience managing master data- capability to develop reports in powerbi or tableau or similar dashboard tools- technically proficient; ability to understand manufacturing processes to aid communication with suppliers and technical community- experience working in erp systems, such as sap, baan 5c, erp ln, windchill- 6 sigma certifications- additional language capabilitiesposting dates:november 20, 2024 - november 29, 2024caterpillar is an equal opportunity employer (eeo).not ready to apply?
