*logistics specialist*
this position is responsible for the follow-up, organization and fulfillment of shipments clients and sister plants, he/she must ensure, and coordinate pick up, customs clearance process and delivery of shipments throughout the process, maintaining a level of quality and service for meet delivery metric 100%.
*what you will do *in* your role*
- coordinate import and export daily shipments with 3pl & parcels (air, ocean, land)
- maintain clear and timely communication with carrier and custom broker.
- provide status of shipments in transit to users and keep information updated as requested
- audit and keep the shipment records in a timely manner
- generate clear and timely information line with customer service, purchasing and or planning.
- communicate the status with the area manager and department team
- generate kpis to measure the expected result.
- coordinate expedited shipments and hand carrier (if required).
- support the team in planning materials and production, providing resources and materials according to customer requirements.
- track and trace (milestone’s compliance)
- claims related task and follow up
- conduct search for materials lost in transit
- provide instructions to custom broker to clear shipments under molex regulations.

*requirements*:
- *bachelor´s degree*:
- minimum experience of 3 year in logistics environment
- experience in trade and customs (lrd, gdl, zlo)
- ctpat & aeo knowledge.
- fedex knowledge is a plus
