Job overview:we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales leader to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The sales leader will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the industry. Additionally, the sales leader will act as a key account manager for assigned accounts and segments of our mexican market. Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the oil and gas sector.2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to optimize their performance.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.4. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer-specific issues within the mexican market.5. Develop and execute strategic account plans, conducting research and customer engagement to determine the need for our products and services.6. Promote the value, features, and capabilities of our product, with the goal of helping customers understand the benefits of our products and solutions for their business.7. Visit customer locations to build relationships, increase retention and value of current business, and gain new business sales.8. Schedule and conduct client meetings, confirm new opportunities, and learn about program activity, understand client needs, and present our solutions.9. Develop and communicate account plans, schedules, call reports, and results.10. Stay informed about current events in the industry and participate in industry organizations.11. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.12. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.qualifications:- chemical engineering, or a related field. Mba or equivalent is a plus.- proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the oil and gas industry.- in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas market, including industry trends, products, and services.- strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.- excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. 6.
