the opportunity
analyze, record and provide the documentation and accounting adjustments that ensure the financial closure of the company, as well as prepare, integrate and execute the financial report in hfm system in order to provide reliable information to shareholders based on corporate policies from pepsico.
your impact
as financial report analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:
* execute month close end process (gl-je) and ensure all related tasks are completed timely and comply with pepsico requirements.
* ensure the accounting process is compliant with all control requirements.
* generate information for filling out the required statutory and management financial reports.
* prepare & review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
* analyze balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.
* execute financial report for pepsico (smartview / fdm – hfm).
* support the business unit with various financial analyses to assist in controlling and decision-making processes.
* participate in the periodic, quarterly, and annual reports required by the organization.
* generate clear communication with ou, intercompany counterparts, and other users throughout the region and in the css.
who are we looking for?
* university degree in accounting - required
* experience in accounting us gaap, control environment and sox compliance - desirable
* 1 to 2 years of experience in financial statement preparation and reporting in a large company, multi-unit environment - required
* intermediate office skills - required
* english level 70% - desirable
* strong communication skills as interaction with employees of all levels, including upper management, is required - required
* advanced knowledge of principles and processes (bank statement/ap/fa/ar/gl/intercompanies/financial reporting) - desirable
* knowledge in erp systems: sap, hfm, fdm - desirable
