- asegurar el control del presupuesto mensual de maquinas y moldes
- reportes diarios de gastos (almacen y coupa)
- información actualizada de metas de gastos por área
- información actualizada de ordenes de compra abiertas/cerradas
- interrelación de reportes entre mantenimiento y finanzas
- desarrollo de bi de gastos (actualización diaria)
- generación de requisiciones de compras
- desarrollo de indicadores de gastos
- actualizacion de presupuestos en base a la regulación mensual
- fomenta la innovación y la participación en proyectos de productividad de los procesos de mantenimiento.
- actualiza archivos del área de mantenimiento referente a: productividad, opex, capex, presupuestos mensuales
- análisis de obsoletos de almacen y nuevas altas de refacciones
- comunicarse con todas las partes interesadas, supervisores, ingenieros, para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.
